Q: What sizes are the puppets?


A: Regular puppets are 18-20" tall.
Square jaws are 20-22" tall.
Candles are 18" tall.
Bibles are 18-20" tall.

Q: Can I change the puppet's clothes?
A: Yes. Most of our puppets wear sizes 18 month - 2T.

Q: What is the Return Policy?
A: We make every effort to insure that we ship only high quality merchandise. We will repair or replace (if not repairable) any item due to a manufacturing defect. The item must be returned within 30 days.

We do not refund or replace items shipped "Rush."

We also do not accept returns of material delivered on Friday or Saturday and returned on Monday. We are not a puppet rental company. If you use it, you cannot return it. If you decide you don't like it, we cannot refund or replace.

We are not responsible for wear & tear, or abuse.

Q: Do you offer discounts or donate puppets to churches or charities?
A: No, we keep our prices low so our puppets are affordable.

Q: Do you accept purchase orders?
A: No. We accept credit cards, checks and money orders.

Q: Will the clothes my puppet wears match the clothes in the picture?
A: No. We do not buy clothes in bulk, so each puppet's clothes are unique.

Q: When will I receive my puppets?
A: Allow 4-6 Weeks for shipping UNLESS item is in stock. In stock items ship in 24 hours.

Q: What makes Puppet Shoppe Puppets such a great deal?
A: Puppet Shoppe $59 puppets have fully lined bodies, a non slide grip in the mouth, and are 18” tall. With proper care, these well-made puppets will out last many other puppets.

Q: Can I order legs for my half body puppet?
A: Any half-body puppet can be a full body puppet by adding legs. Legs velcro to the puppet. We will send you the corresponding velcro to attach to the puppet, or you may send the puppet to us and we will add the velcro (you pay shipping both ways).

We cannot guarantee fabric dye lots, so the legs may not be an exact match if purchased at a different time.

Q: I found some puppets at a great price online, why are they so cheap?
A: We are often asked our opinion of the cheap, full and half body puppets that are sold on websites everywhere. These puppets are made in China, and while they are very cute, the mouths are difficult to manipulate (not a desirable feature for a puppet). The hands on these puppets are often one piece, without individual fingers.

Professional puppeteers do not like these puppets.

Q: Do you charge extra for Blacklight Puppets?
A: NO. Unlike many other companies, we do not charge extra for blacklight reactive puppets.

Q: Which colors glow best under blacklight?
A: Orange and yellow are the best, especially if the puppets are going to be further than 12"-16" from a blacklight. We also carry green and melon.
