 Shipping Information Normal delivery time is 4-6 weeks. All puppets are custom made when ordered. If item is in stock, it will ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We use expedited shipping. Please provide a physical (street) address with your order and note if it is being shipped to a business or residence. If you prefer your order to be shipped to a P.O. Box, please allow extra time. International Shipping All orders requiring shipping outside of the United States, please send an e-mail to info@puppetshoppe.com with your product choice(s) and your shipping address and you will receive an invoice from PayPal with your product and shipping total. If you place your order online without any prior contact with Puppet Shoppe about your outside of the U.S. shipping address, Puppet Shoppe reserves the right to send you a separate invoice for the shipping costs, and will send the product within the normal delivery expected times after the shipping payment has been received. If your merchandise is defective, you may return it within 10 days.
